AFFORDABLE HOUSING SOLUTIONS
We provide a comprehensive range of affordable housing consulting services. Our services include the following:
- Compliance File Reviews (LIHTC)
- Property Site Inspections
Quantum’s staff includes HCCP and C7P certified personnel who evaluate and audit tenant files for LIHTC properties. We contract with some of the country's largest tax credit syndicators and investors to review tenant files as a third party auditor. Our reports reflect any errors or deficiencies under the LIHTC guidelines. We perform both in-house and on-site file reviews and can customize reports for individual clients. Quantum follows strict, conservative rules as governed by the IRS Code Section 42 and conforms to specific client guidelines in determining eligibility of tenants. Our staff receives ongoing training to ensure we are informed of the changing regulations of state and federal governments so your final report is up to date with the latest changes in the affordable housing market.

Quantum Realty Management, LLC, has been providing customized Due Diligence and Auction Representation for Tax Lien Sales and Tax Deed Sales in Florida, South Carolina and Indiana for over 16 years. We assist our clients and strategic partners by providing a “turn key” solution by handling the entire process based on client’s predetermined parameters and guidelines from initial market research to REO disposition. Our process includes initial screening of the data to identify risk, coordinating valuation and field work, providing in-depth due diligence, advising the client as to bidding strategies identified during our evaluation and from our past performance history.
